Medical devices should be effectively designed to meet the unique needs of people of all ages, including pediatric and adolescent populations, who may have varying genetic, physiological, and physical attributes. This survey is designed to provide insights and understanding of how companies and research institutions prioritize the needs of patient populations, with a dedicated focus on pediatric-specific considerations throughout the medical device product development lifecycle. The insights gathered will help shape educational efforts and raise awareness about ensuring balanced perspectives throughout the product development process.
