Job Description
The Director of HEOR will report directly to the Global Head of HEMA and collaborate closely with MCA functions to run Health Economic and outcome research to support market access strategies across the Olympus portfolio.
As appropriate, the individual is a critical member of MCA leadership and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including internal and external business stakeholders within MSA, across ESD and TSD business units, and within the broader Olympus organization. This Position will provide a leadership role at the global level in strategic planning, defining, developing, and leading the implementing health economic outcome research (HEOR) strategies that enhance the value proposition of Olympus technologies.
The Position will manage and provide direction to the Health Economic team within the HEMA function.
