    In order for MedTech Color to offer our members the most relevant resources as it relates to personal and professional development, we would appreciate you completing this Demographic Information section. Although it is not required, this information helps us to continually improve our programming and strategic objectives.
    Inclusion in the MedTech Color Directory: For Professional Members Only
    The Membership Directory will include information such as Name, Title, Company, Photo, Email, Bio, and Linked-In link. It will NOT include other personal information such as Phone Number, Address, Demographics, Professional goals, etc. If you wish to restrict your profile from being included in the directory, go to Profile -> Settings -> Privacy, after you have created an account.

It will NOT include other personal information such as Phone Number, Address, Demographics, etc. Member acknowledges that MedTech Color reserves the right to review and evaluate interested members who wish to be included in the Speaker Database on the MTC Membership Portal. MedTech Color reserves the right to decline to include individuals in our Speaker Database or to remove individuals from the Speaker Database for any reason, including activities that conflict with our organization’s mission, standards, or policies.

    We know that networking and mentorship is a large part of professional growth, especially for diverse professionals in Medtech. To continue to foster community and connect members with like-minded individuals, please indicate your interest in joining a member cohort given the categories listed.
    Billing Information
    Memberships are active for 12 months from the date of activation.  If member selects 'Auto Debit Payment' Membership is automatically renewed one year after signing up. If you wish to cancel your membership, update your payment information, or view your renewal date, visit My Account → Profile → Edit Profile → Current Membership. Membership can be canceled anytime up to 7 days prior to renewal.  Cancellations will take effect at the end of the one year membership. Please note, once a membership cycle has started, MedTech Color does not offer refunds or prorate member dues should you choose to cancel your membership. If member selects 'Manual Payment' a one time payment will be applied to membership and will need to be renewed on the next recurrent date. An email notification will be sent, “Semi Automatic Subscription Payment Reminder” to remind users before their next recurrence date is reached. If payment is not received 15 days after the recurrence date, membership will be cancelled. Please direct any questions to info@medtechcolor.org
