Our Mission
MedTech Color aims to advance DEIB measures in the medical device industry for underrepresented ethnic minority groups. The medical device industry is always improving patient outcomes through continuous innovation. We believe that diverse leaders are critical to continuous innovation and improving outcomes for diverse patient populations. MedTech Color aims to help build a community of leaders of color in the medical device industry. We want to reach this goal by serving as a destination and catalyst for professional development, inclusive thought leadership, and increasing the number of underrepresented executives who enter, stay, and contribute to the industry.
